What can Laura do for me?

Your journey to food addiction recovery will include online face-to-face  coaching and peer support. In addition, you will be making simple art pieces that may help you better understand how to reach your goal(s).  As a client, you will have access to tips, strategies, inspiration and more.

What kind of commitment do I need to make?

Every client jointly signs a commitment contract . You will be asked to complete worksheets, read articles, watch videos and make response-art.   You will also participate in weekly online coaching sessions with or without  peers. You are requested to commit to at least one month of coaching.

How do we get started?

The first step is to schedule a free consultation session.  In that session, we will get an idea of how well we work together and what our next steps should be from there.
